Medical massage is a result oriented form of treatment specifically directed to address medical conditions diagnosed by a Physician. The therapist may use a variety of massage techniques along with therapeutic exercises. The types treatments that may be employed are: Active or Passive myofascial release, muscle activation technique, trigger point therapy and cupping.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage combines movement/manipulation of the joints with soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes on the superficial layers of muscle. By
relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can help to speed up recovery from training or an injury and be both relaxing and energizing.
