For the ALL-IN types that are committed to the process and want serious results, FAST. If you’re getting in shape for an event or preparing for competition, this option is your best bet. 3x per week clients get executive status and receive priority booking.

Most clients train twice a week and see immediate and long lasting results, especially when supplementing with classes and/or our strength & cardiovascular programming. With this membership, our coaches will keep you accountable to a healthy diet and physically active lifestyle.

A great option for those looking for the weekly customization and accountability of working with a coach but are limited on time or restricted by budget. Our team will help create customized programming for you on days you'll be training without one of us.

Get coaching exclusively from owners and master trainers Jon and Wes. Gain access to 20+ years of knowledge and expertise. Preferential scheduling for executive clients. This is a single session pay as you go rate and is subject to availability.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your Personal Training or Semi-Private Training session at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, or you will forfeit your session.

Scheduling

Personal Training availability varies and Semi-Private Training sessions have a 6 person capacity! Please schedule/register in advance!

Lateness

If you are going to be 15 minutes late to a Personal Training or Semi-Private Training session, please email, text or call your coach personally to let them know you are running late or the session will be viewed as forfeited at the coach’s discretion. We will not reschedule your Personal Training session if you are late and the session will end on it’s original scheduled time unless the coach agrees to stay late. No matter how late you are, we always advise you to show up for your appointment. ”Better late than never ”.
