Team Semi Private Training
This is for those clients who like the interaction of group classes but also wants the personal attention to detail that comes with private training. This is not a one size fits all approach, each client is assessed thoroughly to determine how best to achieve his or her fitness goals. This is only for people who are committed to improving their health and are serious about getting results. Classes are held daily at Titan Fitness Studios located at 164 w 25th st, Manhattan, New York.
We train each client like an athlete, with the goal of increasing performance. We divide the training plan into a series of manageable phases. Each phase can then target a specific or series of attributes to be developed within a designated period of time. Periods of appropriate overload and recovery are designated within each phase to enable growth and reduce overtraining.
PRICING AND POLICY
Please cancel your Private or Semi-Private session at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session, or you will forfeit your session.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING sessions only have 2 – 6 people and they do fill up! Please REGISTER early.
If you are going to be 15 minutes late to a PRIVATE or SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING session, please email, text or call the coach personally to let them know you are running late, or the session will be viewed as forfeited at the coach’s discretion. We will not reschedule your PRIVATE TRAINING session if you are late and the session will end on it’s original scheduled time unless the coach agrees to stay late. No matter how late you are, we always advise you to show up for your Private Session. ” Better late than never ”.
Clients are allowed 8 visits each month. Sessions do not carry over month to month.
To cancel monthly billing cycle. Client needs to give 30 days notice in writing prior to billing date. Email firstname.lastname@example.org

This is not a one size fits all approach, each client is assessed thoroughly to determine how best to achieve his or her fitness goals. Classes are held at multiple locations throughout NYC.
